These terms govern your use of empirerank.club ("Empirerank", "the service", "we"), operated by Liftor Software & Technology Pvt Ltd. By using the site or making a contribution, you agree to them.
Empirerank sells one digital service: a ledger entry. When you contribute, the amount you choose (minimum ₹1) is added to the public running total of the nation you selected, and you may optionally sign the entry with a display name shown on that nation's public patron board. The entry is delivered instantly, upon payment confirmation, and is permanent and public.
Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments India via their secure hosted checkout. Empirerank never receives or stores your card, UPI, or banking details. You choose the amount; it is charged in Indian Rupees. The ledger displays totals in US dollars converted at the platform rate shown beside the amount field at the time of contribution.
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the service under the supervision of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms.
Display names are public. We may edit or remove names that are offensive, misleading, impersonating, or unlawful, without refund of the (free) signing feature — the ledger credit itself is never removed.
Because delivery is instant, completed entries are non-refundable except as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy (duplicate charges, or payment captured without a ledger credit).
We may suspend the service for maintenance. The ledger is maintained in good faith; manifest recording errors will be corrected. Abuse, fraud, or automated manipulation may result in reversal of affected entries and refusal of service.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount of the contribution concerned.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the operator's principal place of business.
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
