This policy describes what Empirerank (empirerank.club), operated by
Liftor Software & Technology Pvt Ltd, collects and how it is used.
What we collect
- Contribution records — the amount, the nation you selected, the time, and
the optional display name you sign with. Amounts, nations, and signed names are public by design.
- Payment status — order identifiers and confirmation status from our payment
processor. We never receive or store card numbers, UPI IDs, CVVs, or banking credentials —
payment details are entered only on Cashfree's secure checkout.
- Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps)
used for security, rate limiting, and fraud prevention.
- Local preferences — the site stores small values in your browser (your last
gift, watch preferences) using localStorage. These never leave your device. We do not use
advertising or analytics cookies.
How we use it
To operate the public ledger, confirm payments, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.
We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
Sharing
Payment data is processed by Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd. under their own
privacy policy. We disclose records only where required by law or to investigate fraud.
Retention
Ledger entries are permanent — that permanence is the product. Server logs are retained briefly
for security. Payment records are retained as required by Indian financial regulations.
Your choices
Signing an entry is optional; unsigned entries display no name. To request removal of a signed
name from public display, or for any privacy question, use Contact.
